Chuckwagon Charlie’s serves authentic slow smoked roasted meat, using the smoke and aroma of pecan, cherry, oak and hickory. We highlight slow cooking techniques from the Northern Plains, the old and new West, as well as foods from our immigrant European heritage.
We pride ourselves on sourcing only high quality meats, fish and seafood. The results are synergetic flavors that are authentic; be it smoked brisket, hot smoked salmon, German sausage or barbecued shrimp. We keep our sauce on the side so you can experience the true flavor of our smoked (up to 18 hours) meats.
